Amidst this global pandemic, business as usual has become quite unusual.  Here are some of the ways we've adjusted to our new normal. 

Free Face Masks With Every Order

In light of the requirement to wear a face covering in public places in NYC, we're including a free face mask with every order.  Our intent is to do our part to keep our customers safe.  We want you to stay home whenever possible but when going out for essentials like medication and groceries, we want our customers to do it in the safest way possible. 

Shipping Changes

We've seen increased delays with our partners at the USPS.  We rely heavily on their dependability to ensure our orders are delivered timely and without incident.  Due to staffing issues and increased demand, our local post office has seen tremendous strain.  We have therefore temporarily increased our free standard shipping time to 7-10 business days and we now include tracking with every order regardless of your chosen delivery method at no additional cost to our customers. 

Sanitizing Our Workspace 

As we've learned of the possibility of COVID-19 being spread on surfaces we've taken new measures to clean where we process and fulfill orders.  Some of these processes include daily cleaning with antibacterial solutions and delivering packages to our local post office using disposable gloves.
